MINIMUM RENTAL

 

Rental is only from a minimum duration of one month possible. Preferably company as apartment rentals.ng.

 

 

 

PRICES

 

Price per person in Nuremberg/Fürth 290,00€ / month incl. an extra additional costs apartment rate.

(excl. 7% VAT when renting up to 6 months)

 

When exceeded this duration of 6 months, additional costs will be incurred.

 

 

 

FREE OF COMMISSION RENTING

 

We manage our own properties therefore we do NOT charge commission fees.

 

 

 

TAX 7%

 

If you rent through 6 months, we have to levy VAT in accordance with applicable tax law 7% (previously 19%).

FINAL CLEANING

 

After moving out, we carry out a professional cleaning which will be deducted from the deposit. The price depends on the number of persons (39 EUR incl. 19% VAT).

 

 

 

DEPOSIT

 

A deposit of 1 month rent is payable before arrival. This amount will be regain to you after checkout minus the final cleaning costs, damaged/missing items/inventory and associated costs exceeded.
